Ashish Bhasin is a well-known personality in the Advertising & Media industry in Asia Pacific, for the past 29 years. He is presently Chairman & CEO Dentsu Aegis Network South Asia. He is also a member of the Dentsu Aegis Network Asia Pacific Executive Board.

He has built the Dentsu Aegis Network in India from a 50 member team to a 3500 member powerhouse, now the 2nd largest Advertising and Marketing Communications Group in India, overturning for the first time the existing ranking, which has historically been in place for over 80 years.

Prior to this Ashish successfully led and set up several of Lintas India’s (IPG) businesses and also had the global role of Executive Vice President, Lowe Worldwide and Asia Regional Director for Integrated Marketing.

Gaurav Gandhi, Chief Operating Officer – Viacom18 Digital Ventures
Gaurav is the Chief Operating Officer of Viacom18 Digital Ventures – a division set-up to drive the consumer facing digital initiatives for the company. He has recently launched VOOT (Vaicom18’s Over-The-Top Video platform) - which in a very short time has become one of frontrunners in the Indian online video space. Gaurav is also responsible for the overall digital strategy for the company including licensing and partnerships in this space.

Prior to this role, Gaurav was the Group Chief Operating Officer of IndiaCast Media Distribution - a strategic joint venture between TV18 and Viacom18 created to monetize all channel & content assets across media, platforms and geographies
Nadeesh Ramachandran, Vice President – Sales, Vserv
As Vice President, Sales at Vserv, Nadeesh Ramachandran is responsible for driving Vserv’s sales efforts across India and Southeast Asia.

Nadeesh has an illustrious career that spans more than a decade across functions with a primary focus on sales and marketing. Partha Sinha, MD and Vice Chairman, McCann World Group, India
Partha is currently at the management of McCann World Group in India that includes McCann, McCann MRM, McCann Healthcare, Momentum and Kraft.

Partha started his career with Citibank NA where he was the marketing manager for Credit Cards. From there, he moved on to Ogilvy and Mather where he started the discipline of strategic planning in India. He left Ogilvy as Vice President Planning to join an internet start up where he had a brief but exciting stint. Partha then joined as the Marketing Director for Zee Telefilms where he was responsible for the marketing and programming strategy of 14 channels of Zee Telefilms.
Prashant Challapalli, Chief Integration Officer, Leo Burnett

Vikas Agnihotri, Industry Director, Google India
Vikas Agnihotri is the Industry Director for Auto, BFSI, CPG, Telecom, Travel, Media & Entertainment verticals for Google India. In this role, Vikas has been leading high performing teams in consultative sales skills and partnering clients to understand their needs and deliver measurable solutions through the web. He has been with Google since June 2011.

Sunil setup the India’s first online video distribution platform – Nautanki.tv. He has held leadership positions in Reliance Jio, Star TV & OneChannel Media LLC. He is active in the startup circle as an advisor and mentor.
Sunil loves traveling, writes sporadically and enjoys single origin coffee. He has written a few books, been responsible for starting two literary movements – The Pune Lit Circle and The Mumbai Writers Cafe now called Caferati and was a research assistant for a doctoral Ph.D. thesis on the ‘Theatre of the Absurd’.
He is an avid storyteller, especially to his daughter who adores his ‘bed time stories’ that revolve around the adventures of a little girl call Tarakshi and her pet crow called Kaa. These stories are being currently converted into a series of books for parents of little kids.

Siddharth Banerjee is an experienced consumer business leader across Telecom and FMCG for the past 17 years and is currently the Executive Vice President (EVP) - Marketing and Head of Brand, Insights, Media, Activation & Digital at Vodafone India.
In his 15 years of FMCG / CPG experience, including the last ~13 years in Unilever, Siddharth has worked across Country P&L roles and Global / Regional Brand Marketing roles, with rich exposure across Developing & Emerging Markets. Virat Tandon, CEO, Mullen Lintas
Virat Tandon is the CEO of Mullen Lintas. He returns to India after a three year stint with MullenLowe Group in Singapore where he was Global Business Director for the Unilever brands Lifebuoy and Fair & Lovely.
A part of the network for over a decade, Virat first joined Lowe Lintas at its New Delhi office in 2004 and has undertaken numerous senior and leadership roles in the agency over that time. A Unilever veteran of over 10 brands and 60+ countries, he has worked in India on clients including Maruti Suzuki, Nestle, Dominos, Sony Audio, Dabur, NIIT, ITC, GSK, Holiday Inn and AT&T; and previously ran Lowe’s healthcare agency in India, LinHealth. Deepali Naair, Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, IIFL Wealth Management
Deepali has 20+ years of experience in Marketing, E-Commerce, Brand, Product and Sales. Currently Deepali is the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at IIFL Investment Managers. Jasneet Bachal heads the marketing function at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Limited (KLI). She is responsible for brand management, customer engagement, sales support, product development, e-insurance business and corporate communication.

Ajay Ramasubramaniam, Director, Zone Startups Indi
Ajay oversees the flagship accelerator operations as well as leads new initiatives, including corporate innovation programs and thematic accelerators under the Zone Startups brand. Prior to Zone Startups India, Ajay led the India Operations of a Canadian ed-tech startup; wherein he helped the company set up in India and establish its initial partnerships, as well as raise INR 150 Cr.
Ajay has also worked for the Government of Ontario, Canada for 5-years, where he was responsible for bilateral trade and investment relations between Ontario and India.
